These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Professional Massage Stylianos, operated by certified massage therapist Stylianos Katrinis in Limassol, Cyprus ("Practitioner", "Studio", "we", or "us").

By scheduling an appointment via our online booking system, WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone, or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to comply with all provisions set forth in this document.

Professional Massage Stylianos is a strictly therapeutic and wellness practice. All treatments are conducted with the highest levels of professionalism, clinical integrity, and ethical standard.

Mutual respect and dignity are paramount. Clients are required to maintain appropriate personal hygiene, adhere to standard professional draping protocols at all times, and respect the studio environment.

Our studio specializes in evidence-based, manual musculoskeletal therapies, including:

• Deep Tissue & Sports Massage: Targeted myofascial tension release, deep muscular recovery, trigger point therapy, and athletic biomechanical restoration.
• Relaxation & Stress Relief Therapy: Soothing modalities engineered to lower cortisol, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and alleviate tension.
• Focused Muscle Recovery: Dedicated upper back, neck, shoulder, or lower limb tension relief protocols.

The practitioner reserves the right to modify pressure or techniques during the session based on tissue response, client feedback, and safety considerations.

Medical Disclaimer: Massage therapy is designed for general wellness, muscular relaxation, and therapeutic bodywork. It is not a substitute for medical examination, clinical diagnosis, medical prescription, or physical therapy under a licensed medical doctor.

Please notify your therapist immediately if you experience any of the following contraindications:

• Cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, thrombosis, or blood clotting disorders.
• Recent surgical procedures, bone fractures, open wounds, or acute ligament tears.
• Infectious diseases, fever, acute flu, or contagious skin conditions.
• Pregnancy (first trimester contraindications apply; advanced stages require prior consultation).
• Active cancer or oncological treatment (prior medical clearance required).

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a contraindication poses a risk to the client's health.

To ensure total exclusivity and a serene environment, all treatments are scheduled strictly by appointment.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for a calm transition and health check-in.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session duration will be adjusted accordingly to respect the schedule of subsequent clients. The full session rate remains payable.
• Booking Confirmation: Appointment requests submitted via our website calendar or messaging channels are confirmed upon therapist verification.

We value your time and reserve dedicated studio hours specifically for you. As private practice time is limited, we strictly uphold the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session without penalty by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice ("No-Show") requires full payment (100%) of the missed session before any future bookings can be accepted.
• Emergency Rescheduling: Genuine medical or unexpected emergencies will be handled with reasonable understanding at our sole discretion.

All service prices listed on this website are transparent, denominated in Euros (€ / EUR), and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Revolut, QuickPay, and major Debit/Credit Cards.
• Payment Timing: Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the therapy session, unless pre-arranged via gift voucher or package purchase.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to update service offerings and prices. Bookings confirmed prior to a price change will be honored at the agreed rate.

Any promotional offers, bundle packages, or gift vouchers issued by Professional Massage Stylianos are subject to the following terms:

• Validity: Gift vouchers and pre-paid session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Non-Refundable: Vouchers and discount packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Transferability: Gift vouchers may be transferred to family members or friends with prior written notice to the studio.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and Cyprus data protection legislation (Law 125(I)/2018).

• Data Collection: We collect only necessary contact information (name, phone number, email) and essential health notes to deliver safe and tailored treatments.
• Confidentiality: All client health assessments, treatment notes, and personal communications are kept strictly confidential.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or distributed to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal records at any time by contacting us directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law:

• Professional Massage Stylianos and its therapist shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injury, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions resulting from a client's failure to disclose medical history, allergies, or contraindications.
• Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings while in the studio. We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
